Raider Upgrade Pack

The Lost Legion favoured close combat since their very inception. Early on the crusade, when they were still known as The Sentenced, their tragically short lifespans brought them to accept death as inevitable, and they would charge head-first into the enemy lines without fear or hesitation. Later down their path of corruption, once they had already embraced the fell rites of undeath to unnaturally prolong their lives, they knew their enemies would crumble long before they did, their bloodless bodies unable to feel pain and their warp-animated carcasses capable of withstanding wounds that would have killed a dozen mortal men.

As such, the production of melee weapons was one of they main focus points of the continent-wide factories that covered the Lost Legion's homeworld, Messis, and their design was adapted to better fit their style: a legionnaire's comfort and ease of use was disregarded when it came to improving functionality and efficiency. There was no elegance in the way they waged war, no poetic beauty or glorious tales. When the Lost Legion was deployed, there was only death.

This upgrade pack was designed to be combined with my Cinis Prototype Armour, but is also compatible with a variety of kits by other brands. It contains:
- 8 chainsaw swords.
- 5 heavy chainsaw swords, 3 of which are held in both hands.
- 3 energy swords.
- 3 energy mauls, 1 of which is held in both hands.
- 3 energy spears, 1 of which is held in both hands.
- 3 energy axes, 1 of which is held in both hands.
- 5 arms with handheld basic pistols.
- 5 empty arms.
- 1 enhanced fist.
- 1 enhanced claw.
- Wrist-mounted basic pistol.
- Wrist-mounted flamethrower.
- Wrist-mounted molecular raker.
- Wrist-mounted ionic coilgun.
- Wrist-mounted buckler.
- Wrist-mounted buckler with basic pistol.
- Melta-RKG.
- 1 arm with a melta-RKG.
- 1 arm with basic grenade.
- 4 pauldron types, with trim, without trim, with half-trim and layered.
- 1 vox backpack.
- 1 vexillum backpack.
- 1 arm holding a scanner and another tapping it.
- 1 crest designed to make a model stand out as the unit sergeant.

Single hand melee weapons are held in the left while offhand weapons are held in the right, but legionnaires are supposed to be fully ambidextrous so feel free to mirror them for alternate poses, compatibility with other kits or even dual-wielding.

Wrist-mounted ranged weapons have been favoured over handheld ones to be compatible with all the weapons held in both hands.
