Description
Styracosaurus albertensis, a striking herbivorous dinosaur, roamed the prehistoric lands during the Late Cretaceous period, about 75 million years ago.
Renowned for its distinctive appearance, it boasted a formidable array of horn-like structures protruding from its skull frill, which encircled its head.
The largest of these horns jutted from its nose, while smaller ones adorned the frill's edges. Belonging to the ceratopsian family, Styracosaurus likely wielded its elaborate cranial ornamentation for defense against predators or to attract mates.
