The A4 hardback Desolate Fields Scenario Book will feature battle scenarios that range from ambushed armies to cattle raids to the plunder of fresh battlefields and will contain all the information you need to fight them as a one-off battle or as a series of battles (such as for a tournament or campaign). Each scenario will tell you about the terrain, the attacker and defender, the weather and time, the size of hosts and how to position them, along with a positioning field if required and the all-important victory conditions sequence.
We're not sure of the page count yet but it will contain at least ten battle scenarios to play Darklands with and any tokens required for those scenarios will be included (no doubt A5 mdf tokens such as those found elsewhere on this project). That means it will definitely be over fifty pages and will probably be a lot more, knowing us!
