Mormot and Liria

Their Story:

In the damp caves on the edge of the Moss Forest lived Mormot, a dwarf with mighty horns and a beard as golden as the hidden sun. A warrior of a thousand battles, he was feared by goblins and respected by mountain clans. But, despite his proud appearance and his gruff temperament, Mormot had a secret: his most trusted companion was not a comrade in arms, but a snail named Liria.

Liria was born in a grove of enchanted mushrooms, and her shell was said to contain the secrets of the land. He could sense changes in the terrain, find veins of precious minerals, and even predict cave-ins in tunnels. Mormot had saved her from a group of sorcerers who wanted to use her for their experiments, and the snail had never left him since.

The duo was unusual: an armored and impetuous dwarf, always ready to strike with his double-bladed axe, and a calm but chipper snail, who slowly and wisely guided him away from the most subtle dangers.

And so, legend after legend, the two became known as “The Hammer and the Wake”: Mormot, the unstoppable force, and Liria, the fiery sign that blazed the path to salvation.

It is said that even today, if you venture into the woods and find mushrooms growing in a spiral, Liria passed there, with Mormot at her side, ready to defend the kingdom of the humble and to demonstrate that even the slowest creatures can lead to the greatest destiny.
