It is better to print assembled at once - as the beards sometimes have trouble fitting to the armor. And their hands are for their particular weapons.
Bits are mostly for conversion. 10 bodies, 10 heads, 8 shoulder pads and the rest... and the commander separately. Not all the details are on the render.
