I recently got into Battletech Alpha Strike, and wanted to print some easily readable tokens for the TMM stuff. Taking a cue from the cardboard ones, I made my own version. As with all my tokens, you can use the layer height color switch to make it easier to see which is which, but i also made the edge different on each one to make it clear regardless of color.
EDIT: Updated to include two new status markers (Immobile, and Dropped by Airborne), and a full set of Crit markers.
EDIT: fixed Immobile token to actually be the right token.
