Intended for 3d print.
A massive spaceflight-capable materiel conveyer, delivering military vehicles from CHOAM to planetary starports. This model pack includes 5 variants of Frigate, detailed below. The designs are based off of artwork in the 1992 computer rts game Dune 2: The Building of a Dynasty by Westwood Studios.
The Frigate model diverges slightly from the original artwork, mainly in having variants in flight or with the roof segments open. The Frigate models also have several hardpoints for adding decoration or even gun turrets. The hardpoints are easily visible as round indents.

Printing instructions
There is not a set scale for the models included in this pack, though I imagine it is more suitable for small-scale tabletop games (say, 6mm to 15mm games). The default scale of all model parts when you first load them into your slicer will be roughly 6mm scale, with each frigate about 9 cm in length. Note that, depending on the quality of your printer, some of the hardpoints may be difficult to print properly at this scale. I've included slightly reinforced variants of some hardpoints for this reason, but you may still have to increase the size of the models slightly prior to print. The models should print fine at larger scales like, say, 28mm. But at this scale, they will also be absolutely huge. The Frigate body would for example be approximately 30 cm in length, meaning most users would have to cut it into sections prior to print in order to fit it inside their printer space. Be are no movable parts on the Frigate bodies. The ramps and roof segments are not separate pieces, nor are the landing gears. What you see in the image gallery is what you get. No model parts are currently pre-supported (which enables you to alter the size of the models without issues) but you can always contact me if you need help adding supports to the models. I can probably do it free of hardpoints on the underside right below the cockpit are slightly smaller than the other hardpoints, so print the model parts not labeled LARGE for these hardpoints require glue for assembly.
