The Lupine Apex is the ultimate expression of Wurm-bound power.

Unlike the temporary shift-states that can be awakened within all those that accept the Wurm’s gifts, those that sup too greedily or desperately from his power cross the threshold of humanity to become something more.

These champions become embodiments of the primordial ferocity permeating all that the Wurm touches. Guided by an accursed voracity, these great wolf-like beasts thirst for a fresh kill. It is a one-way trip to continue existence as an animalistic servant to one’s own untamed instincts bent on destruction.
