This set is for 28-32mm wargaming, with rocky hills that are steeped with 1.5 inch (38 mm) levels. 12 different hills are included, each with a version that includes ramps connecting each level, a version that has steps connecting each level, and a version without either ramps or steps. Also included are smaller scatter vertical rocks at 0.75 of an inch and 1.5 inch in the same style as the hills.
All are designed to be printable on a 220x220mm print bed, with the largest hill split into two files to be joined with pegs.
I have a different set that was designed for Battletech Alpha Strike that uses 1 inch levels here. I will be updating that set to include ramps and steps soon.
Please, if you would like anything added that you feel would suit this set, message me here and I'll see what I can do. I can easily add more shaped hills or include other "texturing" of the edges and flat surfaces.
I've been printing my own copies using 10% infill and the "Adaptive Cubic" infill pattern, which saves a lot of filament but still gives a strong final print.
To paint them, I've been:
- Undercoat in black
- Paint the vertical recesses with fluro red
- Dry brush with a dark grey
- Dry brush with a light grey
