Ram Bow & Bladed Front End: The Type-87’s wedge-like prow is battered and scarred, worn from decades of grinding through wreckage. Deep gouges and warped plating mark where debris crumpled beneath its relentless push, clearing the way for the behemoth behind.

Primary Processing Maw & Compactor Bay: A monolithic opening capable of engulfing entire frigates, feeding them into a crushing chamber spanning the volume of a megastructure. Inside, reinforced walls lined with titanic hydraulic presses grind vessels down in a superheated maelstrom of pulverised metal, reducing all to molten slag.

Swarm Craft: Equipped with two VX-22 Flensers, these small salvage vessels dock onto the Harvester’s hull when idle but detach to roam wreckage fields. They Brutally peel derelicts apart piecemeal while hauling fragmented components to the crushing maw. Though technically separate, they operate as an extension of the Harvester, ensuring no usable scrap escapes consumption.

Movement & Atmospheric Containment: Heavy thruster arrays and gravitational stabilizers enable slow yet relentless movement through debris fields. The Harvester’s gravitational stabilizers trap oxygen pockets, ruptured fuel reservoirs, and volatile gases, allowing flames to rage in a contained atmosphere within the compactor bay.

Breakdown and Disassembly Vessel

Sawblade Prow: Heavy rotating saws brutally cut through hull plating, breaking it into manageable pieces and scattering debris as they progress.

Shear Torque Cutting: Instead of delicate incision, the Flensers’ sawblades operate at maximum torque, chewing through reinforced bulkheads with enough force to buckle surrounding structure.

Unstable Power Output: Their cutting mechanisms frequently overheat, causing violent energy surges that make their hulls shudder mid operation.

Material Consumption: The Flenser hurls debris into the Type-87 Terminus Harvester’s compactor bay, sometimes suffering brutal kickback as the churning machinery spits chunks back out. When it happens, the debris slams into its failing frame, worsening the damage and making every load a gamble.

Sawblade Deflector: Positioned below the cockpit, this reinforced plating shields pilots from wreckage kicked up during cutting operations. Sloped for maximum deflection, it redirects debris that could slam into the hull with deadly force, absorbing impacts before they buckle metal or breach compartments.
