The Ayyūbid dynasty, founded by Ṣalāḥ ad-Dīn (Saladin), was of Kurdish origin, deriving from the village of Ajdanakan near Dvin in Armenia. Saladin used ethnically Kurdish soldiers to great effect during his war against the Crusader States. This set allows you to fill the ranks of your Ayyubid Dynasty.
