Alpha Crawlers are among the largest and most dangerous predators in the Malifaux oceans. These apex creatures are rare, but when they surface, little can stand against their raw strength and relentless hunger.

Though less cunning than Sirens or Frenzies, Alpha Crawlers possess a predatory intelligence that allows them to work in tandem with smaller species. Speckled Crawlers herd prey toward them or act as bait, luring enemies into ambush range where the Alpha can strike with overwhelming force.

Built for speed, power, and brutality, an Alpha Crawler tears through prey with crushing limbs and a devastating maw. On the battlefield, it functions as a flexible Titan, capable of applying pressure, absorbing punishment, and breaking enemy lines.

Its Ridden by Crawlers ability allows it to grow more resilient as it gains Reinforcement Tokens, making it increasingly difficult to bring down once it builds momentum. When fully engaged, its Gruesome Maw delivers punishing melee damage, especially when fueled by additional Tokens and its hunger-driven triggers.
