Frederik, having felt there was no other way, ingested the Dragonblight strain he had altered, hoping to ascend to some sort of divine form similar to Hendrak himself. The risk he took was calculated, but it has not paid off. Instead he is bound in a grotesque form that is constant agony for him, stuck as a passenger in his own mutated body as something else steers it. Now he watches helplessly as he realises the folly of his own ways, and the undoing of his life’s work.

With his macabre research uncovered, Frederik fled deeper into the vaults beneath Noxas Block into his own personal sanctuaries. There, feeling himself cornered and the clock ticking, he ingested raw flesh infected with the ascendant Dragonblight strain he had created. It was his hope that if it could ascend a simple rat to a creature like the Konnigsratte, it might ascend him to some sort of higher being to rival Hendrak and finalize his plan. His calculated risk, however, has not paid off. Instead he is left as little more than a monstrosity, constant agony tearing across his body. Whilst he has been able to enact his plan with the help of this strain, his body is no longer his own.

He is now a passenger in his own body, watching in horror as the grotesque beast he has become threatens to unravel the fabric of the school he holds dear, and plunge the land into plague-stricken chaos once again. There is naught more he can do now, than accept whatever fate befalls him after this, and pray for atonement in his final hours, however they might be spent.
