The Sunderland L-19 "Foreman" Command Module is a control vehicle that attaches to the B-26 Ox Starlifter Barge. The vehicle is environmentally sealed and can operate under its own power in either a vacuum or atmosphere but is only capable of limited VTOL flight in most standard.
The "Foreman" can attach to a variety of Sunderland models, and has four hatches to create compatibility with these systems. When attached to an Ox Starlifter, the operator can gain access to the rear cabin via a hatch in the floor.
The "Foreman" has directional reverse-cycle thrusters to generate lift over short distances, using two aft navigation rudders for control. In a microgravity environment, it relies on a series of reaction crontrol thrusters in its nacelles to meanoeuvre but lacks a main drive to take it out of local space.
