Villager D

Description

From surly pub landlords to rosy-cheeked farmer’s daughters, the locals can seem a queerly insular breed to outsiders, with their impenetrable local dialect and innate suspicion of the big cities and modern ways. But get them on side and they can make for an impressively raucous mob, baying for the blood of the newcomers up at the old manor house.

Sculpted by Andrew May. Cast in white metal. Painted for display by Andrew Taylor. Photography by Kevin Dallimore.  Supplied unpainted with a 25mm slottabase.
