Pantera is a ‘Manimal’, a humanoid based off of animal stock. This gives her many cat-like abilities and advantages, but her true strength comes from the fact that she is also a mutant! Pantera has the ability to change her size, shrinking down to very tiny, or growing to a towering 30’ or more. As a weapon, she uses a recovered Ancient rotary tree trimmer: its extendable shaft grants her reach in melee…even more so because she can make her gear change with her as she changes size!
The Mutant Mayhem Minis line of figures was designed for Mutant Crawl Classics RPG, but also go great with DCC, Gamma World, D&D or any game that uses 28mm minis.
Dark-Platypus Studio specializes in making models for role-playing game enthusiasts. Our models are designed to be printed in 28mm scale, the perfect size for Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, or other games that are often played on a 1” grid. They are also designed to stand up to actual tabletop use: no ridiculous spindly bits that look awesome but are going to break the first time someone sneezes. Paint-ability and ease of assembly are also important concerns to our design aesthetic.
Pantera was sculped as an expansion character for the original Mutant Mayhem Minis line, and is a playable character at our convention games. She will also be available at some point as a pewter miniature, but for now is only available here for 3D printing!
