Dragon Hunters Cart Arcane Engine

This is another simple accessory set, containing a central engine, vents, channels, plinths and more. Since making a creature to move the cart was beyond the scope of this release (also, very few creatures would stand still with a dragon charging towards them!), I wanted to make some kind of arcane engine to make the whole thing make sense (thanks, Magic!). I went for a mix of wood and metal for these contraptions so that they would fit in a low-tech steampunk-ish arcane fantasy setting. I don't have a clear cut explanation of what part does what for propelling the cart, but I'd leave that to improvisation in session if players ask: anything can work here, it is magic after all :)

This is one of those sets where versatility was my main aim: you can use the command panel, the wheels, the vents and the other different contraptions to make many fantasy techy combat puzzles (wheels need turning, buttons need pressing, etc..) while the domes and channels are nice things to break as collateral damage from large area spell, missed attacks and the like. All of these parts can be used to make fights more interactive and interesting, which I find is the best function of printed terrain.
