Cranquineer Cavalry

Long before the advent of blackpowder and the firearms it brought with it, the Cranquineer was oft considered the premier fighting man in the Fringe Realms. And while it may be true that they no longer hold the prestige they once did, a crossbow bolt loosed from the back of a horse is still just as lethal as it was centuries ago. Thus Cranquineer Cavalry companies can still be found through out the fringes, even if it is more the result of economic necessity rather then any sense of tradition.
